OpenBrick is the result of the strategic collaboration of leaders in the real estate, financial, and technology sectors, aiming to provide an innovative solution for both real estate players and investors interested in the sector.
Specifically, OpenBrick emerges as a new and efficient digital platform capable of offering tailored financing solutions for each project. Additionally, OpenBrick lowers entry barriers for investors, increases asset liquidity, and enables investments in both specific projects and diversified product portfolios.
OpenBrick received a favorable preliminary assessment for admission to the CNMV sandbox in February 2023 and expects to obtain a license to operate as a Market with BME in 2025.
OpenBrick's technology enables issuers to designate Iberclear, the Spanish Central Securities Depository, as the ERIR (Entity Responsible for Registration and Recording), assuming the role of market operator. Iberclear will manage the DLT TSS (trading and settlement system powered by DLT) under the EU Pilot Regime.
